I’ve been in the Internet marketing arena for almost a decade now. I take pride in helping businesses conquer the web and significantly boost sales by making it possible for potential customers to find them on search engines, other websites, and social media channels. From pay per click advertising strategies, developed to increase sales immediately, to national inbound marketing campaigns to drive web traffic in the most competitive industries, I’ve done it all.

Education

Advanced marketing degree with an in-depth exploration of Internet-specific marketing methodologies, Internet law, and interactive advertising design principles. Digital marketing methodologies include search engine optimization, paid advertising, email marketing, affiliate marketing, content marketing and others.

Degree program focusing on the requisite knowledge, skills, and values to effectively apply various business principles and tools in an organizational setting as well as bridge the gap between theory and practical application, while examining the areas of accounting, critical thinking and decision-making, finance, business law, management, marketing, organizational behavior, research and evaluation, and technology.

Employment

As the Digital Marketing Manager, I planned and assisted with the execution of all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns for brands with annual digital marketing budgets over $30k. I was responsible for measuring and reporting performance of all digital marketing campaigns (ROI/KPIs) internally and externally. It was also my job to identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights as well as brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.

As the SEO Account Manager, my job was to develop and implement SEO strategies for all SEO accounts. Serving as the primary point-of-contact between clients and GMB Direct, I was responsible for campaign analysis and reporting, internally and internally.

2011 - 2012

At XVIO, I mainly performed on-site optimization, keyword research, link-building, set up 301 redirects, 404 pages, set up social networks like Google Plus/Google My Business, Facebook, Twitter and Foursquare, use Google Analytics and Webmaster Tools, Bing Webmaster Tools, submit to local directories such as Yelp, create geographic content to help clients rank better for specific keywords in their industry, and perform many other miscellaneous duties relating to SEO.
